Dr. Dawn Stein, a native to Western Pennsylvania is a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine and Foot Surgery, specializing in the treatment of conditions of the foot and ankle. She is also a Certified Wound Specialist and an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. An active staff member of Allegheny Health Network – Grove City, PA and the Punxsutawney Area Hospital, Punxsutawney, PA. Dr. Stein also has privileges at UPMC Jameson Campus, New Castle, PA, Penn Highlands, Dubois and Brookville, PA, Conemaugh Health System, Hastings, PA as well as Sharon Regional Medical Center, Sharon, PA.

Dr. Stein earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Washington & Jefferson College, majoring in cell/molecular biology. From there, she went on to attend Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, where she earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree. She spent her residency at the Heritage Valley Health System in Beaver, Pa., and has maintained a license for Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Her professional affiliations include a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association. She also maintains certification through the American Board of Wound Management, American Board of Podiatric Medicine as well as the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Dr. Marc Butcher

Dr. Marc Butcher

Dr. Marc Butcher graduated from the Jamestown Community College with an Associates degree in Math/Science. He then continued his education at the State University of New York, Fredonia NY with a Bachelors in Biology. Dr. Marc obtained a Master’s candidate in Environment toxicology/Population Genetics at the Miami University, Oxford, OH. He then attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (Kent State), Cleveland Ohio. After graduation, he went on to complete a 3 year residency at Veterans Administration Medical Center, Dayton, OH.

Dr. Butcher had his own practice in Minnesota before relocating to be near family. Dr. Butcher has extensive training in wound care and a special interest in diabetic foot care. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. John Powers

Dr. John Powers

Dr. John Powers grew up in Canfield, Ohio. He attended Ohio University in Athens, Ohio earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveleand, Ohio. During these years he served in the Ohio Army National Guard as a military police officer and medic with two deployments.

Dr. Powers completed a one year primary care residency at St. Michaels Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, followed by a three year surgical residency at Millcreek Hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania. Upon completion of his residency training, he practiced in Tucson, Arizona. During this time he became interested in treatments for neuropathy and nerve damage. He was trained in advanced nerve surgery of the lower extremity by the Association of Extremity Nerve Surgeons (AENS). He later became one of the instructors for the organization.

Dr. Powers is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (FACFAS) as well as the Association of Extremity Nerve Surgeons (FAENS). His interests are sports medicine and surgery as well as conservative and surgical treatment for peripheral neuropathy and nerve injuries.

Dr. Sara Sadeghi

Dr. Sara Sadeghi

Dr. Sara Sadeghi was raised in Layton, Utah and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree from Weber State University majoring in Psychology with a minor in Zoology. Afterwards, she attended the Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine where she received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree.

Dr. Sadeghi completed a 3 year residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery from East Liverpool City Hospital, where she served as Chief resident. She received extensive training in diabetic limb salvage, as well as elective foot/ankle procedures.

Her resume includes advanced professional training with the utilization of orthoplastic muscle flaps and skin grafts. She’s had several publications pertaining to tendon transfers, revisional flatfoot reconstruction, and modifications to the lapidus bunion procedure. Her professional affiliations include both the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Dr. Matt Sabol

Dr. Matt Sabol

Dr. Sabol was born in Pittsburgh, PA. He is Board Qualified in the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.

Dr. Sabol attended Duquesne University, where he majored in biology. He is a graduate of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Sabol completed a three year Residency program through the University Hospitals Health System in Cleveland, Ohio. His training consisted of one year of primary podiatric medical training, which included wound care, biomechanics and pediatrics, as well as two years of surgical training.

Dr. Sabol resides in the Williamsburg area, where he enjoys golfing, bowling and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers with his wife Tawnya and their beloved dogs.
